big bang: the end of the end

(note: this is my big bang for lost_land . It's a collection of images, writing, and songs, all centered around the last half or so of "The End" from Jack's point of view. To make things easier on the mods, there are 100 color caps in a picspam, 500 words of fic, a 7 song fanmix, and 20 icons. That should add up to the 100 points.)
